Hi Barry, So sorry you haven't received your order you. You placed the order on August 5 and we shipped it out the very next day, August 6. You are at an international APO address, and the only available method of shipping from the U.S. to an APO address is by USPS Priority Mail. We normally just eat the extra shipping cost of shipping in this way because we like to support our service members abroad, and we did that on your order. So... not only did we ship it priority mail, we paid extra to do so on your behalf.
If the USPS doesn't deliver your board, we will absolutely take care of you. I know how frustrating it is to wait. Believe me, it's frustrating for us, too, especially when we shipped your order significantly faster than is typical for us. We will reach out via email as well.
