Outstanding craftsmanship

This board is a work of art. Can’t wait for its larger cousin to arrive. Seriouseats.com review was spot on. Highly recommended.

Very, very happy with my new Sidekick

My main cutting board is too large to leave down flat on the counter. In the past I’ve made do with small plastic cutting boards for tiny and fast tasks, but with all the concerns about plastic and food I wanted a small wood board. The Sidekick checked my boxes from what I could see online and I ordered it.

When it came a couple of weeks later, I was very impressed with both the board (very tight grain, excellent end grain construction, etc) and the pre-seasoning.

I like it so much that I’ll be retiring my 20-ish year old cutting board for a Boardsmith with exactly the options I want.
