I get calls somewhat frequently for an ‘in-between size’ board that is larger than our little Sidekicks but smaller than our 12” X 18” butcher block. At 10” X 15” X 1 7/8” thick, this limited release is just that. They are in a rectilinear mixed wood mosaic pattern, which in my opinion is one of our coolest looking boards. These mini chopping boards are light enough to be easily portable, but big enough that you could use them as a daily driver in a small kitchen. Each mini chopping board comes with finger grooves. Feet can be installed on request, but I think these should be fine without them. A perimeter juice groove or bottom groove can also be added on request.
