I was in a rush to get this board as it was a retirement gift that we did not think of until the last minute. I spoke with people from Boardsmith on Sundays, after hours etc. They really bent over backwards to get me this product in the fastest time possible. Every interaction was with someone who actually had knowledge of their inventory, their products and my order. THIS is the way that a company is supposed to be managed. If every company was like Boardsmith- the world would be a much better place.

The board came exactly as ordered of course. I was contacted about the placement of the engraving before hand, which was a really nice addition!

The board is overall 100% what I could have hoped for. The surface is smooth, the groove is flawless and the engraving is such a nice touch! It's harder to see but in my house, it's more for the chef than the company!

It comes with clear instructions on how to prep and maintain the end grain cuts. Probably one of the best gifts I've ever given!

Beautiful board. I purchased an engraved walnut cutting board for a gift. I would not pay extra for engraving if I purchased again. You really can not see engraving with dark wood. A bit disappointing.
