Hi James, after learning of your concerns, we paid to ship your board back to us so we could inspect it and take care of you. We got it recently and noticed very subtle grain raising. It happens sometimes, and normally goes away by itself within a few months. In your case, since you seemed quite upset about it, we sanded the board smooth for you and were ready to ship it back when we saw this review. I called you on the phone and it was clear you were upset and that if anything, talking to me was just going to make you more upset. So I issued you a refund. Sorry it didn't work out.
