Occasionally we have a pretty board that has a few more voids or mineral streaks than we'd like to see on what we consider our premium boards. They are still perfectly sound and functional, and even still pretty. But we give them a little discount because they might not match everyone's personal aesthetic preference.
Our team did not agree on this one. Many of us felt like this was pretty enough to sell as a premium board. So if you like this one, grab it while you can. We really like it!

Maple cutting boards need a lot of oil, so please don't forget to add a care kit! All cutting boards need to be oiled to full saturation, but especially maple!
