Occasionally we have a pretty board that has a few more voids or mineral streaks than we'd like to see on what we consider our premium boards. They are still perfectly sound and functional, and even still pretty. But we give them a little discount because they might not match everyone's personal aesthetic preference. That's the case with this little guy! There are a few mineral streaks and voids that keep us from being able to sell it at our premium price. But it is still a beautiful board.
The sidekick size is perfect for small chopping jobs, for those lemons and limes on the bar, or small charcuterie displays. It's very versatile!
