We bought a couple of boards almost 2 years ago now, a beautiful walnut board for our island and a maple board for carving. We use the walnut board everyday and it still looks great! We use the Boardsmith board butter on them several times a year and it keeps them looking fresh. The walnut really stands up well to cut marks. We love our Boardsmith boards!
Every aspect from placing your order to receiving your board will exceed your expectations. Also pictures can’t do the walnut board justice. Absolutely love this board.
I love this board! It’s is beautiful, sturdy, and functional. I appreciate being able to make little customizations like grooves and feet. I also appreciate the note that was included on how to properly take care of the board. Thank you!
I love supporting local businesses, that’s my most favourite thing and why wouldn’t you want to when there are family businesses like Boardsmith. I saw one of their boards at my best friend’s house and had to order one as a gift for my mum. The quality is impeccable and the way it was wrapped and delivered beautifully oiled with a cute photo of the family behind Boardsmith was just gorgeous. They use maple, walnut or cherry woods asks it’s something that will last forever . Thank you 🙏🏾
