We save our extra strips that aren't needed to make our premium cutting boards. Sometimes we glue these up to make what we call "Frankenboards". Basically taking spare parts and creating something new.
In this case, we just glued up the spare strips side by side to make an Edge Grain board. This is a little smaller than our normal Face/Edge Grain boards (20 x 14). If you like the ruler that we normally add to the Edge Grain boards, you can add engraving at checkout.
Feet will NOT be installed, but if you order a set, I'll be happy to put them on for you. Finger Grooves have already been added, and you can add a Juice Groove if you like.
