We save our left-over strips from the cutting board panels we make and turn them into other boards. We call these "Frankenboards" because we make a new board from spare parts. We rarely make Edge Grain boards from our leftover strips, but we recently made a few.
Our normal Edge Grain boards are 14 x 20. This is shaped more like our Butcher size boards - nearly 18 x 12.
Edge Grain boards are built with long strips of wood glued together laterally.
If you like the ruler that we normally add to the Edge Grain boards, you can add engraving at checkout.
Feet will NOT be installed, but if you order a set, I'll be happy to put them on for you.
Our Edge Grain boards typically come with Finger Grooves. You can order a juice or bottom groove for a small fee.
