Occasionally we have a pretty board that has a few more voids or mineral streaks than we'd like to see on what we consider our premium boards. They are still perfectly sound and functional, and even still pretty. But we give them a little discount because they might not match everyone's personal aesthetic preference. That's the case with this guy! There are a few mineral streaks and voids that keep us from being able to sell it at our premium price.
In this case, we thought the board was really cool with the darker edging around the blocks. But we understand it isn't everyone's aesthetic preference.
This is our Carolina Cut 22 x 16 x 2 - the workhorse of the kitchen.
Feet WILL be installed unless you ask us not to.
