Occasionally we have a pretty board that has a few more voids or mineral streaks than we'd like to see on what we consider our premium boards. As we know from Wisdom Behind the Wood, almost all Maple has mineral streaks. It is the nature of Maple. We try to minimize them when we can, but they don't affect quality, form or function. But we give them a little discount because they might not match everyone's personal aesthetic preference. These marks are very slight and honestly, could have passed for one of our first-run boards. 

Feet will NOT come standard on this board, but if you order a set we will be happy to install them for you.

You can also order finger grooves, a juice groove and/or engraving at checkout.

Maple cutting boards need a lot of oil, so please don't forget to add a care kit! All cutting boards need to be oiled to full saturation, but especially maple!
