285-1 Maple 18 x 12 x 2 with Juice Groove

Even though we have our system down to a science and have an extremely skilled team, sometimes the board just doesn't fully cooperate. Even though this board is completely structurally sound, we don't like for the glue joints to be as visible. Honestly, it isn't super noticeable, but we are picky. :) So this one gets a bit of a discount.

This board already comes equipped with a Juice Groove. Finger Grooves and/or engraving are also available for a small fee.

Feet will NOT come standard on this board, but if you order a set we will be happy to install them for you.

Maple cutting boards need a lot of oil, so please don't forget to add a care kit! All cutting boards need to be oiled to full saturation, but especially maple!

Most maple has mineral marks within the wood. It is how the tree goes with its unique idiosyncrasies. Since Maple is a lighter wood, those mineral streaks are very visible. These marks can't totally be avoided. In this case, the board is "clean", meaning few mineral marks are visible.
