This beautiful board is what we consider a "one-off". We occasionally have to trim a board down for one reason or another. That was the case with this beauty. It's a little smaller than our normal Butcher 18 x 12 size. However it is a good bit thicker than our normal boards at nearly 2 3/4 inches thick.
Walnut is always a good choice for your kitchen. Easy on a knife's edge, lighter than Maple, and easier to maintain. This one has a little darker than most of the Walnut wood we get.
We personally don't think this size needs feet, so we are NOT adding them. However, if you really want feet, leave us a note in the cart at checkout and we'll add them for free.
You can also add grooves and/or engraving for a small fee.
