This beautiful little board is what we consider a "one-off". We occasionally have to trim a board down for one reason or another. That was the case with this beauty. This one is similar in size to our Sidekick, but with the 2" thickness we use for most boards.
Most maple has some mineral streaks or spots that are organic to the wood. If this one has a few spots, just know that it doesn't affect the integrity or beauty of the board. Mineral streaks are completely normal and can't be avoided. We can't control what grows or happens inside the tree.
Feet are not typically added to this size board. If you DO want feet, leave us a note in the cart and check-out and we'll add them. You can also add grooves and engraving for a nominal fee.
Maple cutting boards need a lot of oil, so please don't forget to add a care kit! All cutting boards need to be oiled to full saturation, but especially maple!
