Occasionally we have a pretty board that has a few more voids or mineral streaks than we'd like to see on what we consider our premium boards. They are still perfectly sound and functional, and even still pretty. But we give them a little discount because they might not match everyone's personal aesthetic preference.

Maple cutting boards need a lot of oil, so please don't forget to add a care kit! All cutting boards need to be oiled to full saturation, but especially maple!
