This beautiful little board is what we consider a "one-off". We occasionally have to trim a board down for one reason or another. That was the case with this beauty. It's just a little smaller than our normal Sidekick 12 x 9.
Most maple has some mineral streaks or spots that are organic to the wood. This one has just one little streak.
Finger Grooves have been added. We do not install feet on Sidekicks unless you order a set. We don't think the Sidekick size really needs feet.
Maple cutting boards need a lot of oil, so please don't forget to add a care kit! All cutting boards need to be oiled to full saturation, but especially maple!
