Since Maple is a lighter wood, those mineral streaks are very visible. These marks can't totally be avoided. In this case, the doesn't have a lot of mineral marks, but the grain pattern is a little muddled.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eMaple cutting boards need a lot of oil, so please don't forget to add a care kit!
