Since Maple is a lighter wood, those mineral streaks are very visible. These marks can't totally be avoided. In this case, the blocks have a few streaks around the edges that aren't really mineral marks, but more the shading of the wood itself. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eFeet WILL be installed on this board since the Bottom Groove is already cut. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eMaple cutting boards need a lot of oil, so please don't forget to add a care kit!
