It's heavier than Rock Maple and has a unique, gorgeous grain pattern. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe've never made cutting boards from it before and probably will never have the chance to do it again. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis was made as an EDGE Grain board.
